Ahoy, mateys! Set sail for a family adventure with the orchestra and Captain Enrico in search of Blackbeard’s treasure. This concert inspired by the high seas includes John Williams’s “Flight to Neverland,” Strauss’ On the Beautiful Blue Danube, music from Pirates of the Caribbean and more.

 

Come in pirate costume, and get ready to set sail for a family adventure at the Schermerhorn!


This is a family friendly event, so please keep that in mind when planning your costume.

Props or accessories (including hats) must be able to be easily stowed out of the way during the concert. Please be conscious of any costume elements that may obstruct the view of other patrons or cause distractions during the concert.

No toy weapons or sharp objects allowed at any time.

Please note that this event has a nine-ticket limit per household. For groups of ten or more, please submit our group inquiry form and we’ll contact you for assistance.

 

Starting at 2 PM, enjoy free, family-friendly pre-concert activities, including crafts, an interactive Instrument Petting Zoo, and Community Partner booths!
